Our New Grad Underwriter Development Program - for both Specialty Solutions & Commercial Lines - is a two-year accelerated learning experience designed to give you unparalleled expertise and grow your career in an exciting industry. In this rotational program, mentors, managers and underwriting coaches will teach you the ins and outs of our insurance business through a variety of learning styles. After two action-packed years, you will emerge a full-fledged Intermediate Underwriter, ready to take on your own portfolio.
At the open house, you'll get to learn more, ask questions, and enjoy some light refreshments as you mingle with employees and leaders from the program, as well as members of our Recruitment team. We look forward to meeting you!
