Front Office Team Lead – York Apartments

In this role you will work directly with the Manager, Accommodation and Conference Services to ensure high quality front desk services are provided to the residents and guests of York University Housing including the efficient handling of check in/out procedures. You will be responsible for drafting the work schedule for casual student staff, and for maintaining consistency in the training and implementation of the front desk standard operating procedures. You will provide administrative support to all areas of the York Apartment Operations as required.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will bring the following:
A High school graduation diploma. Some post-secondary courses in related field such as Hospitality Services, Business or Property Management are an asset. In addition, you will bring two years of recent related experience in front line customer service in a residential/hotel environment including one year concurrent lead hand experience as it is required.
