As the Customer Success Engineer, you will be involved in customer service, quoting, project management and order entry for new & existing customers. Your ability to communicate with various stakeholders, be detail orientated and possess strong organizational abilities will be imperative to your success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect information for project bids from various internal and external sources
  • RFQ review
  • Estimate internal processing
  • Schedule inquiries via purchasing & production
  • Freight coordinating
  • Prepare quotes and bids for customers
  • Process orders and maintain relationships with customers
  • Collect and report market intelligence

Qualifications:

  • Engineering or Bachelor's Degree, Diploma in Business Administration or a related field
  • Manufacturing, engineering or customer service experience in a B2B or B2C environment
  • Ability to engage clients, build trust, and develop strong working relationships
  • Ability to work independently
  • Professional approach, strong business ethics
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills highly valued
  • Skills with computers and systems desirable
