Under the direction of the Branch Manager, you will provide courteous and competent service to our members while assisting them with their daily banking needs. As the initial contact for our members, one must always represent the credit union in a professional and positive manner, suggesting products to meet member needs, and always looking for opportunities to make referrals and increase business.
- Basic understanding of credit union (financial institution) operations.
- Understanding of credit union philosophy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Professional decorum.
- Solid math skills.
- Ability to operate related computer and other business software.
