Reporting to the Director of Marketing for TELUS Business Solutions in Ontario (ON), you will leverage strong analytical, business planning, project management and leadership skills to assist in the effective roll-out of programs to our dealer channel partners.

Here's how
  • Own go-to-market (GTM) readiness for TELUS Mid-Market Business: 50 to 1,000 employee customer segment, programs that help drive efficiencies and revenue for our channel partners
  • Liaise with external & internal partners to identify opportunities and ensure adoption/awareness of channel programs
  • Build trust, loyalty and solid long-term relationships with key decision makers at all organizational levels within TELUS and our partners
  • Define and measure the value of programs: Managing the budget, building key performance indicators (KPIs) and measuring the return of investment (ROI)
  • Generate executive reports and presentations
  • Funnel feedback to management team concisely and with meaningful insights
  • Proactively seek new ideas to generate stronger performance
  • Define & refine work processes and operational practices of program
  • Keep up-to-date on competitive activities, working with partners to assess responses
  • Work with partners to develop positioning to maintain competitive differentiation and market leadership


You're the missing piece of the puzzle
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing or Business Administration
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in sales support or trade marketing
  • Strong understanding, evaluation & interpretation of marketing measurement metrics
  • Working as a team on projects comprised of a wide range of integrated marketing activities
  • Strong team player with the ability to work cross functionally with other teams to "get things done" in a collaborative manner
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and programs efficiently at the same time
  • Excellent attention to detail, structured approach to analysis
  • Strong data analysis skills, ability to identify trends and patterns
  • Strong problem identification and problem solving skills
  • Ability to handle constant change, working through challenges
  • Comfortable presenting to and working with all levels of the internal and dealer organization, acting as the steward for the TELUS Mid-Market Business channel
  • Exceptional computer skills with fluent knowledge of Microsoft (MS) PowerPoint, Word & Excel
  • Strong project management background
  • Solid understanding and demonstrated experience in channel marketing and customer experience
  • Understanding of sales channels, ideally Business-to-Business (B2B) channels
  • Knowledge of the mid-market business segment
  • Solid understanding of metrics that drive TELUS business
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree
  • Knowledge of telecommunications and mobility products
