POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Shipper/Receiver – Logistics will assist with all aspects of the logistics processes including verification of submitted repairs through e-service, repairs directly shipped to the branch, and walk in customers. Assessing customer returns versus RGA, and coordinating the appropriate process. Shipping repairs, sales orders, and coordinating transfers between FSC branches.
What You Will Do:

Receive and verify all incoming repairs

Pick, pack, and ship outgoing sales orders and repairs

Resolve receiving issues and ship unauthorized repairs back to the customer
-
Consolidate and process shipments to our Canadian Factory Service Centers and other US warehouse locations

Conduct periodic inventory counts
-
Related administrative duties as required

Support other roles within the branch as required or directed

Maintain an extremely well organized and safe work environment within TTI
Who You Are:

Minimum Education – High School Diploma
-
Shipping/Receiving experience
-
Self-driven and the passion to be your best day in and day out

Strong organizational skills
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Detail-oriented with excellent key-entry speed and accuracy

Good knowledge of Excel and Outlook
