Reports To: Service Branch Manager

Location: Milwaukee Factory Service Centre – Halifax

Hours: Mon to Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Level: L1

What You Will Do

  • Deliver best-in-class service to our customers
  • Package and ship outbound tool repairs daily
  • Receive incoming tool repairs daily
  • Data Entry as it applies to signing in repairs
  • Perform cycle counts for inventory accuracy
  • Conduct warranty assessments and instant tool replacements
  • Maintain clean, safe, warehouse environment
  • Continuously develop and maintain a strong product knowledge

What You Will Bring

  • Must possess effective business communication skills, initiative, and organizational skills, excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to learn quickly and operate effectively in a fast paced environment
  • Outgoing – excels in end-user engagement and conflict resolutions
  • Strong computer skills
  • Highly organized
  • Reach truck/forklift experience
  • Team-oriented and also be capable of working independently
