POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Bilingual Customer Experience Representative will be responsible for delivering best in class service to all our customers both internally and externally.

A successful candidate will have intellectual curiosity, organization, enthusiasm, a team-player mentality, and a drive to win.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Provide support and build solid relationships with our customers and sales team

  • Perform accurate on-time order entry with 24 hours turn around time

  • Own your order. Make sure it is precise in terms of products and prices.

  • Inform customers by mail of order information, such as order number, unit prices, inventory level, shipping dates, and any anticipated delays.

  • Receive and respond to customer complaints and develop sound system knowledge to be able to assist with customer inquiries

  • Collaborate on cross functional tasks whenever required

 

What You Will Bring

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in any Customer Service role
    (CSR/Call Center experience an asset)

  • Fluency in both English and French

  • Post secondary education or equivalent experience

  • Good working knowledge and proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Experience with Microsoft AX Dynamics and Oracle are an asset

  • A strong and effective communicator both verbal and written

  • A results-oriented individual who delivers on business objectives

  • Possess a team first attitude

  • Someone with a passion for delighting the customer and delivering on service

  • Detail oriented and have a sense of urgency

  • Eager to give and receive feedback
