Position Description

The Milwaukee Tool brand is an industry leader, and our products are utilized by professionals across the country. We are looking for a Bilingual Brand Asset & Content Management Specialist within the Brand Team that will manage all translated content for distribution across Canada.

Ideal candidate will need to be bilingual (English/French) and an outstanding communicator to efficiently manage project deadlines and ensure the accuracy of the translated content. Individuals should be self-driven and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong project management and collaboration skills are must-have requirements to guarantee success in this role.

 

What You Will Do

  • Manage all French translations requirements for printed and digital assets for effective and impactful internal and external communications
  • Ensure all brand assets are French-compliant and relevant to the industry
  • Work closely with multiple US teams to manage packaging requirements for Milwaukee products to meet French-Canadian guidelines
  • Develop and implement a Canadian digital asset management portal (DAM) for Milwaukee Canada assets for the organization
  • Collaborate with teams and have excellent verbal and written communication and influencing skills; Enthusiastic about learning, eager to give and receive feedback
  • Take the initiative to solve a challenge with solid analytical and problem-solving skills as well as optimizing resources to hit objectives

 

Who You Are

  • Bilingual in English and French
  • Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in a similar role
  • Branding, marketing, packaging, CPG, and merchandising experience strongly preferred
  • Proven experience in successfully project managing a high volume of tasks by working effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and on budget
  • Post-Secondary education in Marketing, Business Development, Communications, or other relevant fields
  • A strong multi-tasker that can prioritize tasks to meet business objectives and deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
  • Self-motivated, driven by results and continuous improvement with a strong attention to detail
  • Someone with a passion for excellence and executes tasks with the highest degree of integrity and accountability
  • Effective project management, time management and organizational skills
  • Must be proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Power Point
  • Full provincial driver’s license required
