We are looking for an enthusiastic and determined individual to fill the role of Field Sales Co-Ordinator Co-op. 

The Field Sales Co-Ordinator Co-op is responsible for regional support in the following areas: Regional administrative task, system reporting, Milwaukee Connect and E-Service Distributor Training, merchandising, and in-field sales support.

A successful candidate will be an outstanding communicator, both internally and externally and you will be encouraged to engage with your team mates to bring suggestions and solutions to the table.

What You Will Do
The Field Sales Co-Ordinator Co-op will assist in all administrative and strategic field activities to support demand and service for Milwaukee Tools Innovation.

  • Develop and produce a monthly regional budget tracking report
  • Provide weekly deadline updates to the Field Sales team
  • Manage links to key file locations across various Teams Channels
  • Learn how to create quarterly buy-plans and assist the Senior Territory Managers in mining data to support those plans
  • Learn how to achieve showroom excellence alongside the Territory Representatives
  • Be a brand ambassador and engage with distributor staff in order to train individuals on Milwaukee Connect 2.0 and Milwaukee E-Service portals
  • Work closely with Regional Manager and Territory Managers to maintain Demo Tool Inventory through Milwaukee’s ONE-KEY platform
  • Collaborate with Territory Managers to assist in PowerPoint recaps, summaries, and reporting.

What You Will Bring

  • Must be currently enrolled in a post secondary co-op program.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for the length of your contract.
  • Capable of lifting and transporting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
  • Capable of reaching and/or lifting overhead in addition to ascending and descending ladders to move product.
  • You should be self-motivated and a team player with strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Must be proficient with computers and application software in a MS Windows/MS Office environment (MS Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Legally authorized to work full-time in Canada.
  • Must be fully vaccinated to be considered.
