Role:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for ensuring all customer orders, internally and externally, are accurately selected and shipped as per customer requirements.

Role Responsibilities:
Ensures the accurate, timely and efficient delivery of all internal and external customer orders Load/unload trucks as required
Complete required paperwork and project time-tracking documentation
Maintain warehouse, coolers and freezer in order
Performs daily safety checklist and standard battery charging procedure
Work in a warehouse environment with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Assist in cycle counting and periodic inventories
Provide excellent customer service
Keep work area orderly and clean
Participate in process Improvement by communicating to supervisor and/or team lead
Support and maintain all corporate quality/HACCP regulations, health and safety standards, processes, policies, practices and work instructions
All other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Skills/Job Requirements:
3 years' work experience; preferably in the manufacturing or foodservice industry
Able to work day and/or night shift
High School or related field
Able to demonstrate an aptitude in writing and mathematics to complete any required paperwork accurately and legibly
Excellent oral and written communication skills (English fluent)
Forklift certified (Reach / Walkie), reverse steer preferred
Able to demonstrate proficiency in the safe operation and handling of equipment
Ability to work cohesively in a team and fast pace environment
Must be available to work days and nights
Basic computer knowledge / general office equipment use
Flexibility to work overtime when required
Must be able to work in a cold environment
Use of scanners / inventory system
