The purpose of the job is to support and perform duties to maintain and repair machinery, equipment and physical structure within the facility and grounds of locations.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Schedule / track / complete preventative maintenance on all equipment and machinery
  • Coordinate and complete maintenance of the facilities including warehouse, docks, coolers, offices, lunch room
  • Knowledge of working with PLC’s, VFD Drives, compressed air, electrical and plumbing
  • Ensure that any equipment being used is safe to operate at all times
  • Communication with Supervisors / Managers
  • Comply with all safety rules, company health and safety policies, OSHA

Qualifications/Skills/Job Requirements: 

  • Up to 4 years’ experience in similar role
  • Technical Maintenance Certification
  • Post-Secondary Education
  • Electrical certificate an preferred
  • Valid Driver’s license
  • Food Industry experience preferred
