37.5 hours/week. 12 month Contract.

This role works with the Corporate National Credit team to ensure accurate and consistent record keeping of data.

Role Responsibilities:

· Scan and file all customer credit application and current account documents using an online retrieval system.

· Maintain standard entry log and reconcile with appropriate documentation.

· Follow up with internal stakeholders and/ or customer to obtain identified missing current account documentation.

· Maintain and update systems notes accordingly.

· Other duties and/or projects as required.

Qualifications/Skills/Job Requirements:

· Experience performing data entry.

· Self-directed, with an ability to work independently or within a team environment.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the use of technology including Adobe Acrobat is an asset.

· Ability to communicate clearly conveying information and ideas.

· Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information.

· Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and manage time effectively.

· Detail oriented and ability to handle multiple tasks.
