As a Customer Service Representative you will:

  • Assist our advisors and customers with telephone inquiries about our products and services (inbound calls)
  • Help our advisors and customers resolve issues and questions
  • Build relationships to maintain customer loyalty
  • Deliver exemplary service through friendly and professional conversation
  • Be measured against quality, efficiency and effectiveness measures to help you continuously improve
  • Track information on our databases
  • Work collaboratively as a team to learn, improve and grow

What You Bring To The Table:

  • Bilinguism, French and English (written and spoken)
  • Completion of IFC (Investment Funds in Canada) or CSC (Canadian securities course) or CIFOC(Canadian Investment Funds operations course)
  • Knowledge of Wealth and financial products
  • Must be willing to work flexible shifts between 8am - 8pm from Monday to Friday
  • Open to receiving and incorporating constructive feedback and coaching to continuously improve
  • Demonstrate exceptional active listening, verbal and communication skills
  • Handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner
  • Selected candidates will be required to pass an English, French and basic math test to evaluate their skills

Salary Range: $37,500 - $38,500

Starting salary is $37,500 - $38,500, depending on location, with normal progression to $45,000 - $46,000 within 2 years for Client Care Representatives who meet expectations.  In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance.
