Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the Procurement Administrator is responsible for complex administrative support duties in Candu procurement systems. They provide support to Buyers, Order Administrators, Expeditors and Management. They handle and safeguard sensitive commercial and financial information on behalf of the Procurement department.

How will you contribute to the team?

General duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Clerical duties related to Procurement activities including Requisitions, PO's, CO's.
Support to Procurement Management and Quality Management.
Invoicing and Accounts Payable activities interfacing with Finance and Shared Services (AP).
Processing Non-Disclosure Agreements with internal stakeholders and third parties.
Manager multiple procurement departmental email inboxes.
Manage request to add/modify/delete material codes in company ERP system.
Supplier documentation registration in Document Management System.
Create and issue small dollar, best commercial goods purchase orders, including Punch out and Pcard.
Use company ERP system to generate and distribute weekly reports.

High school diploma, post-secondary degree preferred.
Exhibits high integrity and trustworthiness.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Curious, probing, inquisitive and eager to learn.
Good team player with the ability to build relationships and to work collaboratively with others.
Excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
Experience with ERP or MRP systems an asset.
