As part of the Trillium project based in Ottawa, we are looking for a qualified Administrative Assistant, Commercial.  The incumbent will be responsible to support the material receipt process, bulk purchase orders, as well as 3-way match for payments.


How will you contribute to the team? 

Proceed to the verification and management of delivery notes and work orders.

Classify various documents according to established procedures.

Ensure the updating of necessary documents and enter data.

Check invoices and follow up on quantities received.

Update of Excel files.

Comply with the basic requirements for internal and external control.

Perform various tasks related to the position and participate in the support of team members.

Communicate with the various suppliers.


What will you contribute? 

0 to 1 year of experience in a similar position.

High level proficiency in Office suite software, particularly Excel and Word.

Knowledge of JD Edwards an asset

Ability to organize work well.

Be autonomous, versatile and meticulous.

Good stress management.

Skilled in human relations (communication).

Fluency in oral and written English (French an asset)
