Our Win Work team is looking for a Graphic Designer to provide marketing communication design. Reporting to the Marketing & Business Development Manager, the designer will be responsible for creating graphics and layouts for presentations, proposals, business reports, and short brochures for both print and online deliveries.

How will you contribute to the team? 

To perform this role successfully, the candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

Design, illustrate and coordinate a variety of informational and promotional materials for print and electronic mediums.
Design complete graphic packages, from concept recommendation to final artwork for production.
Contribute creative solutions and process improvement techniques.
Ensure graphics and content are accurate and readable
Be a collaborative team player with creative input and ideas. Able to execute the ideas into a brand consistent result.
Coordinate several simultaneous projects and tasks in a deadline-oriented environment.
Work in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment working with diverse internal and external customers to develop marketing materials.
Interface with peers and cross-functional teams regarding the execution of presentations, business cases, marketing materials and other deliverables.
Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks and provide support.
Collaborate with Corporate Communication and Marketing teams and follow the corporate brand, style, and design guidelines.
What will you contribute?

Post-secondary education in graphic design, or related programs.
1 year of work experience in graphic design recommended.
Strong degree of proficiency in Adobe creative suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and MS Office Suite).
Portfolio presentation of graphic design capabilities.
Strong time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
Ability to work effectively and perform various tasks as assigned.
Creativity, energy and passion to graphic projects and challenges.
