Your Business Unit:

The EBU Customer Base Management team is seeking support to execute various customer programs and campaigns. The successful candidate must be a self-initiator who is able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist in executing various programs supporting our Enterprise customer base
  • Work with Sales to implement new customer retention and renewal programs
  • Support the execution of existing programs across our largest customer accounts
  • Collaborate with our Sales teams to gain feedback on the effectiveness of implemented programs
  • Work with our Customer Base Program Development team:
  • Coordinate updates and analysis of existing programs
  • Engage with Sales to determine feedback on proposed future programs
  • Able to work comfortably with large amounts of data to glean insights and provide reporting numbers to senior management. Comfortable working within Excel
  • Work comfortably in Salesforce to drive campaigns, and track dispositioning
  • Attend key meetings; communicate minutes and follow-up as applicable
  • Assist Customer Base Managers in their day to day activities
  • Represent Rogers Communications Inc. in a professional manner at all times


  • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, coordinate and complete tasks to meet deadlines
  • Resourcefulness, creativity and sound judgment
  • Attention to detail; Ability to adapt to changing environment
  • Ability to adjust to shifting priorities and demonstrate urgency when needed
