Field Manager - Sales

Job Responsibilities:

This sales position will sell to the multi-family/ automotive markets. This includes franchise automobile dealerships and non-commercial residential housing (property management companies that own apartment complexes). You will spend 50% of your time selling to each side.                

Your prospect base will include customers for additional sales, but you will mostly prospect potential customers in order to demonstrate products, present proposals and close deals. You will be responsible for developing your own leads though some may be available if you take a territory that has recently been worked. 

Job Requirements:

  • 4 – 5 years outside sales experience, B2B sales preferred
  • Strong team player with persuasive, outgoing communication skills and selling style
  • Self-managed, highly motivated and disciplined sales professional
  • Excellent presentation, demonstration and negotiation skills
  • Strong computer background, with ability to lift and carry demo equipment
  • Automotive or Multifamily Housing experience is a plus
  • Full Canadian driver’s license with good driving record and credit history
