We get all new associates on track with a comprehensive overview of our core values and all areas of the business, all within the broader context of the loyalty industry.
Each calendar year associates identify new development goals, and are supported in building effective development plans. We also have a unique program where you have the opportunity to build a relationship with your manager’s manager, specifically focused on career planning.
Associates are encouraged to map out a personalized career development plan utilizing our Career Pathways resources. These tools outline the job and career options at LoyaltyOne, as well as the skills and experience required to achieve your specific career goals.
We provide a variety of learning resources to support associates in their learning and development, including a learning management system with over 6,000 web-based courses and thousands of best-in-class books, book summaries, research reports and best practices.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT
If further education will advance your LoyaltyOne career, we’re ready to help. Permanent associates can receive financial support to attend accredited university or college courses, as well as classes to acquire and maintain their professional designations.
