Job Description

  • Responsible for inventory analysis at Tier one distribution centres (DCs) by conducting inventory analysis of finished good to understand root causes of stock out and aging products and generate inventory related KPI reports.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicator and Service Level Agreements and analyze issues related to attainment of Service Level Agreement
  • Month-end reconciliation of inventory at all Import ORGs Nationally
  • Enter all import data into SAP
  • Report on supply and demand against constrained production plan and forecasted sales
  • Responsible for date code analysis, and back fill volumes that are moved to rebate

Job Qualifications

  • Degree in Business / Commerce / Manufacturing
  • 2 years in various Logistics/Import/Export Environments
  • Work well independently with limited supervision and with tight timelines
  • Communication skills, be persuasive and can build strong relationships
  • Strong planning, time management and organizational skills
  • Advanced excel a must have (Macros and Visual Basic a requirement for automation)
  • Ability to dissect complex issues and analyze
  • Results Oriented, Strong business acumen
  • Self learner
