Your Job

This is your opportunity.

During this 4-month term as an Information Security Risk Management Co-op/Intern at our downtown Vancouver office, you will have the opportunity to contribute to information security risk management through several activities such as:

  • Identify, document and present cybersecurity risks associated with different projects
  • Provide cybersecurity support and recommendations to various IT managers
  • Identify and participate in the implementation of mitigation risk measures
  • Work in collaboration with various teams to develop action plan to reduce information security risk
  • Participate in the continuous evolution of analysis tools to assess cybersecurity risk within the company
  • Develop reference tools to lead projects within the right process of information security management.
  • Assist the risk management expertise center in the governance of information security
  • Other duties & tasks as required

Your Skills

The must-haves:

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering  or a related field
  • Must be available to work full-time from January to April 2020
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Passion for making a difference
