We are looking for a Program Manager to oversee the onboarding and offboarding of contractors working on projects. Needs to be well organized in order to ensure hiring and renewals are completed in a timely manner and contractors are ready on day of hiring or on departure. Understanding of the IBM contractor hiring process from beginning to end.

You will be working with Project Managers, Work Force Management and the DPE.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

  • Well organized and can multi task.
  • Able to communicate clearly and concise.
  • A professional oral and written command of English.
  • Able work with the Global teams and vendors.
  • Manage escalations and develop corrective action plans .
  • Bring Thought Leadership and offer solutions to the client problems though innovation and breakthrough insights.
  • Display proven process oriented skills.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:

  • Has 1-3 years of Hiring Recruitment experience.
