System Services Representative
The top responsibilities for this SSR role are: Keep an excellent customer satisfaction at all time. Repair IT equipement from IBM and a lot of OEM manufacturing companies. Fix software problems for all customer with a contract with IBM in the Montreal area.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Deep It Skills (3 years minimum).
- ABM, laptop & desktop 3 years, Servers 3 years, Software 3 years, Networking 3 years, Storage 3 years.
- Must be bilingual French/English
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
- 3 years of Break-fix repair in an IT Company is a must.
- Deskside support would also be considered.
