Job Description

IBM Watson Health is looking for a Merge Cardio Software Developer to join our team to work on Merge Cardio, a Cardiology software solution used in hospitals across the country. You will have the opportunity to work on features which impact patients on a daily basis and provide a positive impact on the healthcare industry. Merge Cardio is consistently rated as a Best in KLAS Cardiology solution.

You will work directly on the Merge Cardio product responsible for coding, documenting features, writing unit tests, and building a quality product. You will interact with the solutions and product quality assurance teams on a day-to-day basis to build out their features.

You will interact regularly with other software development teams, PQA, support, technical communications, implementations, project management, regulatory, and quality assurance. These teams are located both on-site in the Mississauga office, and remotely.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • At least 1 year of C++ experience
  • C# and SQL experience
  • Experience with Visual Studio, SVN / GIT
  • Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
  • Microsoft Foundation Class
  • (MFC) experience
  • At least 1 year of ASP.NET development experience
  • At least 1 year of .NET framework experience
  • Experience working in a heavily regulated field
  • Experience with the following tools:
  • APS Classic
  • Javascript / TypeScript
  • HTML / CSS
  • Angular 2+
  • IIS
  • WIX Toolset
