Delivery Center Trainer

Saint John, New Brunswick
Entry Level, Early Career

The TSS Delivery Center Trainer will be responsible for:
- Work with the various teams and shifts to identify training requirements
- Develop training plans and deliver the required training based on the identified requirements
- Build and maintain a rep skills tracking database
- Deliver training to IBM new hires
- Provide regular reports on training activities and plans
- Other duties as assigned associated with call center training programs, activities, and operations
- Seeks and exchanges information, ideas and concepts
- Prepares him/herself by collecting facts and arguments and presents them in a sound way
- Makes suggestions to simplify, standardize and improve processes and procedures
- Flexible in regards to work hours. May need to work different shifts to accommodate training
- Support good team work through clear communication and co-operation
- Accountable
- Continually seek ways to improve client satisfaction

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

The candidate MUST have:
- Minimum of one year of previous call centre or customer service experience
- High School Diploma / GED
- Fluent English Language skills
- Bilingual (French) language skills would be an asset 
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Excellent leadership, organization, and planning skills
- Customer-first mindset with high sense of ownership
- Flexibility and ability to and deliver in demanding and changing circumstances
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

- Minimum of 2 years previous call centre or customer service experience
- Be a self- motivated team player, professional attitude and demonstrated work ethic
- Ability to multitask and prioritize and organize your workload
- Ability to work self-directed
