Your Role and Responsibilities
This position resides in Ottawa, Ontario and is a 8-month (co-op) work term commencing January, 2020. It is mandatory that all applicants are enrolled in full-time studies at a post-secondary institution and returning to full-time studies upon completion of the work term.

Are you passionate about building customer relationships and helping customers tell their stories? Do you enjoy creating content and working with data? Then you'll want to apply as a member of the Data and AI Client Advocacy Managers (CAMs) Team! In this role, you’ll use your analytical and creative skills to support a team of CAMs who work with our customers to identify advocates and deliver promoter assets, such as case studies, videos, word-of-mouth recommendations and customer quotes. You’ll interface with sales, offering management, marketing teams and 3rd parties to share content and plan events.


This role will involve working with technology that is covered by Export Regulations sanctions. If you are a Foreign National from any of the following US sanctioned countries (Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria) on a work permit, you are not eligible for employment in this position.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Co-op or internship program enrollment is mandatory
  • Proficient verbal, written and inter-personal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Disciplined work habits, exhibiting strong initiative, drive, creativity, maturity and accountability

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Project management skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals
  • Solid understanding and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Demonstrated experience building compelling PowerPoint presentations.
  • Programming skills, experience with java, javascript, python are beneficial.
  • CRM related experience.
