The following student position is a part of IBM Canada's EPIC (Employment Pathways to Interns & Co-ops) Student Program. This position is only open to students registered in a Canadian University or College program, who have completed a minimum of 2 years of their degree or diploma program, and who must be returning to full-time study upon the completion of the temporary IBM work term.

*This Student Position resides in Markham, ON and is an 8 to 12-month work term commencing January 2019.

The following job responsibilities for Business Consulting Co-op include:

You will work with the Director of Skills Transformation and Talent Strategy and representatives from IBM's core business areas on Client Experience and the implementation of the Medallia platform (Net Promoter Score). You will be responsible for analysis and weekly reporting, as well as providing training and enablement to sales professionals as we transform through this cultural shift of NPS. You will also help us analyze where we have pervasive issues and help manage projects to address.

You will be exposed to a variety of individual and collaborative projects that will allow you to work with IBMers from all across the country and will have the opportunity to develop your business skills in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with a diverse group of people.
