Job Description

Our Montreal office is looking for a Bilingual Project Manager. This role includes the following responsibilities:

  • Ensuring overall client satisfaction for our clients.
  • Project Managers must take the lead role on multiple client projects to ensure that the appropriate internal resources are dedicated to the clients' project.
  • The Project Manager must ensure the timely delivery of the survey to the client, delivery of the survey report, training the client's representatives on utilizing survey results, delivering executive summaries and providing feedback/action- planning packages.
  • As the primary contact, the Project Manager must ensure all interactions and communications between IBM and the client is consistent and unified.
  • Must be knowledgeable on the clients contract, to ensure the clients are receiving the services as stated in the contract and to be able to answer inquiries on the client invoices.
  • Must coordinate internal team meetings, offer operational guidance and monitor the progress of their client's projects.
  • The Project Manager is responsible for the accurate and timely completion of all project documentation.
  • Must be knowledgeable on all IBM Smarter Workforce products and services to be able to help the clients with all of their Human Resource needs.
  • Other duties as assigned to meet client deliverables

  2. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
  3. Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  4. Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)



  • High School Diploma/GED
  • At least 2 years experience with client services or project management
  • At least one year of experience with experience with Microsoft Office


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Travel Required: Up to 10% or 1 day a week

Required Education: High School Diploma/GED

Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

  • At least 2 years experience with client services or project management
  • At least one year of experience with experience with Microsoft Office
