SCOPE OF POSITION:

The incumbent’s primary responsibilities are:

  1. Provide business plan support to meet key objectives
  2. Perform gap analysis (PDCA) where required based on KPI results and/or as required by business
  3. Lead & execute projects as required to support business plan (example NWS2, Goodwill modernization)
  4. Support other department projects that require Warranty department support
  5. Complete Bulletins as required to communicate relevant information to our dealer network.
  6. Act as back up for other functions in department as required.

Position plays a key role in the execution of business plan objectives, inside and outside the department.

PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Business plan support/execution to meet key objectives related to department
  • Perform gap analysis (PDCA) where required based on KPI results and/or as required by business
  • Lead & execute projects as required to support business plan (example NWS2, Goodwill modernization)
  • Support other department projects that require Warranty department support
  • Complete Bulletins as required to communicate relevant information to our dealer network
  • Act as back up for other functions in department as required
  • Handle miscellaneous warranty tasks including
    • Odometer correction request
    • Warranty registration date corrections
    • Dealer labour rate adjustments/requests
    • New Vehicle warranty registration
    • Power Equipment warranty registration sold at an auto dealer
    • Update to CICS system with warranty related issues such as parts handling amounts, employee ID, DLR levels, etc.

POSITION PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • College diploma or university degree, preferably in a Business related program or Automotive Marketing
  • Minimum 3 years of experience
  • Experience in project management and analytics
  • Bilingual in French/English an asset
