Graduate Experience Accelerated Rotation (GEAR)
Ignite your career with experiential learning from a leader in the Canadian automotive industry! The GEAR Program is designed to provide new graduates with an 18-month job rotation where they will learn the daily operations of Honda Canada. Upon completion of the GEAR Program, candidates will possess accelerated industry specific knowledge and experience that will set them up for a successful career at Honda Canada.
