Your New Role:

  • As an Account Manager at Hays, you will be responsible for developing your own fees, growing and managing a client portfolio, as well as identifying new business opportunities
  • You will engage and coordinate your own client accounts and communicate with Hays Sales Recruitment Consultants to provide quality information so that they can assist you in sourcing top talent to fill vacancies
  • You will foster short and long-term strategies to support the business needs and requirements of clients
  • You will establish and build account relationships with key decision makers in all departments while meeting all customer satisfaction goals and effectively resolving all client issues
  • You will connect with top-tier professionals and forward them to new exciting opportunities and make a lasting impression on their career.  You will have a competitive advantage that will differentiate you in the marketplace.  Qualifications:

  • You know you love sales! Bring your previous sales experience (3-6 months) of B2B, B2C, Inside Sales or outbound Telemarketing experience and grow your sale’s career at Hays
  • You are goal-oriented, enjoy building new relationships, competitive but thrive in a team environment and have the ability to self-motivate and reach set targets
