Administrative/Executive Assistant

(Full Time)

Reporting to the CEO and COO, the Administrative/Executive Assistant enhances the dignity and quality of life of our clients, visitors and staff by providing efficient, courteous and quality services that support Senior Management in the day to day operations. The Administrative/Executive Assistant is responsible for coordinating meetings for committees, preparing a variety of documents such as letters, reports, agendas and minutes for the Board of Directors and Chief Officers, managing electronic filing systems and coordinating/maintaining the schedules. This individual will be required to effectively liaise with Directors, Managers and Community Partners on behalf of the Executive Team.

Requirements include a diploma/degree in a related field and /or 3-5 years experience in a similar capacity with a demonstrated commitment to the mission values of responsibility, quality, adaptability, availability and dignity.  The successful candidate will also possess superior communication and organizational skills, excellent computer skills, and be a motivated individual and team player.  Fluency in French or an additional language is considered an asset. Excellent computer skills.
