Client Service and Support Representative

Unilingual (English only) and Bilingual (French and English) positions available. Contract opportunities ending on April 30, 2024. 
You will be working on a flexible hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement.
We are currently hiring for multiple positions in our Client Relations teams. Positions are available in Toronto and Montreal.

What You Will Do

Advisor Service Centre Team

Provide exceptional customer service experience to investment advisors, their support teams and investors in our inbound contact centre.
Work directly with advisors and investors to provide them with the support they need to educate and plan their short-term and long-term investment strategies.

What We Are Looking For

College Diploma or University degree required (Recent graduates are encouraged to apply) - or equivalent experience.
Bilingualism in French and English (verbal and written) is required for some roles.

Please note all roles require working rotating shifts - Monday through Friday between 8 am and 8 pm EST for our Advisor Service Centre.
