If this sounds like you, then this may be the perfect opportunity for you. The Campus Relations Manager role at Fidelity Canada is integral to building and implementing a recruitment strategy focused on the Investment Management business.


What You Will Do

  • Develop a recruitment strategy in partnership with the Directors of Research for all Fidelity Canada Investment Management (FCIM) roles

  • Assess talent by sourcing, screening and interviewing students and graduates

  • Organize, facilitate, and attend campus events as required to build Fidelity’s employment brand

  • Partner with key stakeholders at schools to recommend, plan and execute campus activities

  • Establish appropriate success criteria and measurement for FCIM hiring

  • Establish and maintain reporting

  • Identify new opportunities to expand Fidelity’s presence on campus, including sponsorships, panel presentations, webcasts, etc.

  • Build and maintain a strong partnership with other Fidelity organizations to identify strong talent for FCIM roles

  • Participate in other recruitment activities as required


What We’re Looking For

  • 3-5 years’ experience as a recruiter and/or campus recruiter within a corporate environment, preferably within the investment management space

  • Completion of university degree or equivalent work experience

  • Bilingual in French/English is an asset

  • Ability to travel to schools across the country
