Team & Position Overview

The Talent Acquisition team is responsible for internal and external recruitment for both permanent and contract roles at professional and leadership levels. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for supporting the TA Advisors by scheduling interviews; posting roles in the Applicant Tracking system; creating offer letters/contracts; greeting and responding to candidates and any other support functions as needed.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Screening Criteria

  • Completion of secondary school
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative/clerical field
  • Strong knowledge in Word and Outlook
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills

Asset(s)

  • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Bilingual in both official languages (French and English)
  • Experience working in Human Resources
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System

Salary Range

  • $45,000 - $67,000
