The HR Analytics Team is growing! If you are interested in being a part of an emerging and critical team within HR that supports real business' needs for EDC now and into the future, this is the team for you.
As a Senior Analyst you will deliver on data commitments on behalf of the HR team. You will use your deep technical skills to develop tools, processes, and reports to support business decisions including short and long term planning as part of a strong and cohesive team.
The Senior Analyst will also leverage relationships throughout the company, including Finance, Corporate Strategy, etc. along with external networks to provide business insights in an innovative, timely, and accurate way.
As a seasoned data analyst in a combination of disciplines, you will support the business by designing, implementing and monitoring a variety of human resource data strategies, policies, or programs including, but not limited to: workforce planning, employee relations, diversity, corporate culture, organizational design, talent management, performance management, development planning and/or succession planning. You will ensure programs are supported by data-driven decision making, and that they can be delivered in compliance with policies, guidelines, legislation and regulations.
You will leverage both internal and external relationships to be able to provide business insights that have a people focus, and that also provide real value to the business including but not limited to: competitive benchmarking, budget frameworks, return on investment calculations, predictive analytics, etc.
- Develop innovative solutions that advance the delivery of HR programs and services;
- Develop and execute reporting for use by a variety of audiences (Data Governance, Query building/management, Continuous Improvements in Data & Technology);
- Support Ad Hoc complex requests (new queries, multiple data sources, historical trending, etc.);
- Develop and maintain a Data Management Program.
- Minimum 3 years' experience with HR systems and data
- PeopleSoft system knowledge
- Experience with SQL and query building
- Advanced Excel (Macros)
- Data & Governance management experience
- Bilingual in both official languages (French and English)
- $62,000 - $92,000 + performance-based incentive
