The Opportunity:

As the Sales Support Representative, you will support our Canadian sales division in the execution of their day-to-day activities, focusing on projects that will allow the sales team to spend more of their time connecting directly with clients, and growing our business.

Sales Support Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the preparation and delivery of sales enablement tools
  • Work alongside our marketing and studio teams to develop ad-hoc internal and external resources for Sales
  • Ensure the effective coordination of special events, seminars, conferences, and face to face meetings as required
  • Provide updated and relevant information to sales on a consistent basis and organize web leads
  • Analyze Sales requests and continue to iterate on process improvement to support each team
  • Manage reports that track sales project activities
  • Assists with the facilitation of shipping needs related to conferences and events
  • Participate in cold calling or mail merging out to lower pipeline leads
  • Generate new leads through research using internal and external tools
