Employee Experience Coordinator

The Role:

As an Employee Experience Coordinator, you are a key part of the employee experience, ensuring EF people have the resources and support they need to contribute to their success. You are responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the human resources and office facilitates functions. You are detail-oriented and a natural at juggling and executing on multiple projects across the organization. You are great at whatever you put your mind to and you believe that by being hands-on, nothing is impossible.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and updating the Benefits administration for staff, RRSP, and other employee programs. Including and processing all enrolments, changes, and updates in the benefits system and our HRIS
  • Filing documents in employee personal files
  • Support new hire process by entering new hires into the HRIS system - ADP's WorkForce Now
  • Health and Safety committee lead, including organizing meetings and conducting inspections
  • Manage technology needs for new hires including phone and laptop set up
  • Support office facilitates needs
  • Support Employee Experience team with tasks as needed

  • A high level of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion
  • The ability to work and build relationships with a wide variety of staff across all departments.
  • Post-secondary education, preferably with a focus in Human Resources
  • Have 1 or more years of relevant administrative experience
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills; quick to learn new systems
