CPA Ontario is currently in search of a Marketing Specialist to champion initiatives related to acquisition and retention marketing while developing marketing plans and campaigns. In this role, you will support the promotion of Professional Development offerings and an enhanced end-to-end customer experience including lead generation, driving sales conversion, and reinforcing the value to the consumer.


What You’ll Be Doing:

Building holistic marketing and communications launch plans, developing messaging, segmentation strategies, digital marketing strategies and KPIs across channels. 

Developing campaign components spanning various channels and touchpoints including email marketing, digital and social content, virtual events and presentations, ensuring alignment to voice and brand guidelines.

Coordinating and executing plans through project management combined with ongoing collaboration and communication with key stakeholders. 

Tracking, managing, and reporting on campaign results based on budget and KPIs while providing recommendations for future campaigns and business planning in order to drive campaign effectiveness.

Conducting competitive comparisons and audits to support positioning, messaging, and content development to deliver against objectives while ensuring that messaging resonates with audiences.


Who You Are:

A post-secondary graduate with a degree or diploma in Marketing or Business combined with a minimum of 3 years experience in a marketing or communications role, with a focus on campaign management.

Experienced in developing and executing integrated marketing plans, tracking campaign KPIs with a good understanding of digital strategy.

A demonstrated writer, proofreader, and editor with a solid understanding of project management and a strong attention to accuracy and detail.

A proven creative, innovative and analytical thinker with a strong business acumen combined with excellent problem-solving, and judgement skills with the ability to determine the appropriateness of content for stakeholders.

An excellent relationship and consensus builder with strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.

Digitally fluent with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint with knowledge of email marketing tools, Search Engine Optimization and Google Analytics.
