CPA Ontario is currently in search of a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of integrated marketing and communications plans. In this role, you will support the delivery of marquee events, as well as services to CPA Ontario’s students and members, while enhancing brand recognition for the CPA profession and CPA Ontario. 

What You’ll Be Doing:

Developing strategically integrated, digitally and user-focused marketing and communications campaigns, spanning channels and touchpoints (i.e. email marketing, digital and social content, virtual events and presentations).

Managing brand standards and messaging, ensuring they are met throughout writing, design, production, and execution phases.

Overseeing the execution of plans through project management and ongoing communications across stakeholders. Managing WBS and timing dependencies across holistic plans.

Acting as a strategic advisor to, and work closely and collaboratively with, internal stakeholders, providing campaign recommendations that will meet program goals and business objectives.

Managing vendor and agency relationships to execute on campaign plans.

Utilizing segmentation and targeting to ensure the right message at the right time, to the right audience. 

Tracking, managing, and reporting on campaign activity and results based on budget, campaign KPIs and objectives, making recommendations for future campaigns and business planning.

Who You Are:

A post-secondary graduate with a degree or diploma in Marketing or Business combined with a minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing role, tracking campaign KPIs along with an expert understanding of integrated digital campaigns. 

An innovative and critical thinker with strong judgment, analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a high degree of attention to accuracy and detail. 

A strong relationship builder with excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills. Your proven business acumen enables you to advise internal clients on appropriate messaging and marketing and communications campaigns for CPA Ontario’s stakeholders. 

A proven writer with excellent editing skills.

An experienced multi-tasker who thrives in a fast paced, deadline driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Fluent in MS Office and familiar with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
