We run the 2nd largest cryptocurrency exchange in Canada, and we are currently looking for a PASSIONATE account manager to help us grow the business and manage the growing community.

Core responsibilities:

  • Be energetic, passionate and innovative ALL THE TIME
  • Process users' account fundings and withdrawals
  • Verify users' accounts
  • Follow up on customer support tickets and support emails
  • Record bank transactions and expenses into accounting system
  • Monitor internal systems for unusual activity

Extended responsibilities:

  • Social media monitoring and engagement: Twitter, Facebook, Reddit
  • Maintaining F.A.Q. and site documentation
  • Occasional newsletter proofreading


  • Proven work experience as an account manager, key account manager, junior account manager or other relevant experience
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
