Senior Officer, Digital Analytics (Position can be located anywhere in Canada)

Join the Marketing Research & Analysis Team where we have the focus, the people and the voice to achieve our aspiration. You will plan, design and execute marketing research projects, including product development and testing, brand development, client usage and awareness, public opinion, client satisfaction, communications effectiveness, web functionality testing, and product and service evaluations. You will also act as the expert in web and social media analytics to assess and measure the impact of CMHC marketing and communications strategies and activities, including marketing campaigns, digital content effectiveness, and strategic performance measurement of goal-driven objectives.
 

This is a temporary position of a duration of 12 months.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze the behavior of digital users to provide insights about user actions that help business owners optimize on KPIs (i.e. conversions, attribution models, path analysis, segment analysis, UX, etc.)
• Incorporate and execute digital analytics best practices, including reporting, insight generation, A/B testing
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders; translate their business needs into holistic and comprehensive reports and dashboards
• Conduct data storytelling, leveraging multiple data sources
• Work with web development teams to ensure digital data collection integrity
• Create measurement framework with stakeholders and data teams

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree with a discipline related to analytical/quantitative focus.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital data analysis, working in an in-house digital analytics team.
• High proficiency in Digital Analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms for testing, paid advertising, etc.
• Experience with dashboard production and data visualization tools, including Power BI, Excel, Google DataStudio).
• Experience in identifying and addressing business measurement needs and KPIs.
• Experience in distilling large quantities of data into clear and concise insights and formulating actionable recommendations.
• Ability to present and communicate analysis to non-technical and non-analytical audiences.
• Extensive attention to detail and accuracy with solid analytical skills.
