Bring your coordination and communication skills to this Bilingual Senior Administrator and Learning Operations position in Ottawa.

This permanent-full time position is an exceptional opportunity to become a member of the Learning and Organization Development team, where you will oversees the coordination and administration of second language testing process and will support the activities of a team responsible for the Official Languages program. You will also coordinate the collection of data for reporting purposes, prepare documentation and communicate and/or negotiates with clients and third party providers to obtain and/or provide information.

How You Will Be Contributing

  • Receiving and processing requests for second language training;
  • Coordinating language testing for internal and external candidates, as well as employees, across Canada;
  • Working with internal and external second language evaluators to coordinate language tests;
  • Liaising with regional counterparts in the administration of language tests at regional business centres and points of service;
  • Communicating with employees and candidates in both official languages;
  • Maintaining and updating electronic records with language test results, ensuring accuracy of data imputed and ensure all documentation is in accordance with business requirements.
  • Coordinates the collection of data for the production of reports;
  • Supporting functional teams in tracking and monitoring budgets and/or reporting activities.
  • Communicates and/or negotiates with clients and third party providers to obtain and/or provide information.
  • Seeking to enhance the client service experience in all client encounters.
  • Making recommendations for approvals and recommended courses of action for non-standard requests.
  • Reviewing invoices from third party contractors related to the second language testing.
