Join the Client Operations Team, where we make housing affordability solutions easy. You will play a role in helping to monitor agreements for programs under the National Housing Strategy and will continue to build relationships with clients by providing quality, timely service while also providing support to the Agreement Management team.
Responsibilities:
• Organizing and administering program administration activities, such as sending out request and reminder letters and ensuring that reports are submitted by the deadline.
• Tracking program administration activities and assisting in the preparation of reports on performance measures.
• Assessing reports to determine whether program requirements are being met and communicating results to clients.
• Identifying areas of improvement or solutions to problems and providing recommendations to the Manager, Programs.
• Assisting with various administrative tasks as required.
Minimum Qualifications
• Experience with social and affordable housing, mortgage financing and real estate and/or property administration.
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field such as business, finance or commerce or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in program administration, specifically the administration of housing programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
