What you’ll be doing
At Simplii Financial, we provide personalized, simple, yet flexible digital experiences for our clients, and accelerate revenue growth for our bank. Our client-centered approach builds relationships and improves sales and service through our digital and contact centre channels. The Simplii Sales team works closely with a variety of stakeholders (Marketing, Campaigns, Analytics, Agencies, Finance and 3rd party vendors) to design and build lending products, market and manage these products and monitor the market and competitors.
You will work with the team that builds the strategy for the Simplii lending products (Mortgages, Secured and Unsecured lines of Credit) and is constantly evaluating new opportunities for growth. You will work closely with key functional reporting lines and partners including Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Management, Risk, Operations and Project Management.

Important information

You are enrolled in a degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Finance, or a related field at the time of the work term, with a graduation date no earlier than December 2024.

How you’ll succeed

Project Management – Responsible for managing the Simplii Sales marketing calendar – this requires good project management skills to ensure campaigns are proceeding according to plan, getting campaigns back on track and communicating the updated calendar to all stakeholders frequently.

Execution – Own the development and execution of campaigns, from development of the campaign briefs, project managing the execution of the campaign and measuring the performance of the campaign to provide learning and insights.

Reporting, Research and Analysis – Conduct regular competitor scans so as to provide the business with a view on what our competitors are doing and make recommendations on opportunities or areas of concern.

Innovation – Introduce new ideas to the team – we are a team who is constantly looking for ways to innovate and advance our business and are always looking to explore fresh ideas.
