Job Description

What You'll Be Doing 

Join our Contact Centre team as a Customer Service Representative in our Credit Cards Department and make a real difference for our clients.  

You will answer to incoming calls from our credit cards clients as well as calls transferred from other departments.

The start date for this role is May 24th , 2022. This is a full-time and shift oriented role. Our Contact Centre is open Monday to Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 12:30 a.m

We have embarked on an Agent@Home remote work program. All employees may be given the opportunity to work from home, if you can meet the Agent@Home program requirements and are able to attend your primary work location within two hours’ notice.

Agent @ Home Program Requirements

  • Ability to work independently in a private and quiet workspace (ie. in a room or office with a door that closes)

  • Wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting excellent call quality and high-speed response rate (internet connection can be connected to modem through hard cable (not wireless) with a minimum download speed of 15 mbps and upload speed of 10 mbps). Satellite internet providers are prohibited and cannot be used due to the impact on call quality and the stability of service.

How You'll Succeed 

  • Client engagement – Meet with clients to understand their priorities, advise them on solutions, and provide a forward-looking financial plan. Use your knowledge of cash management, credit, investment and wealth protection to help clients meet their goals.

  • Relationship building - Engage in marketing and outreach activities to show clients you value them and their communities. Grow your network, deepen existing relationships, and collaborate with others to ensure clients are connected to the right people and opportunities. 

  • Leveraging technology - Become a technology expert. Share your knowledge by introducing clients to our mobile banking applications, enabling them to better manage their banking needs.
