The International Co-Op Program exists to bring cultural exposure and influence to Chick-fil-A as we build our brand in new markets. As an International Co-op at Chick-fil-A, you will contribute to our growth through challenging and meaningful work. You will build cross-cultural competency as you work on impactful projects, immerse yourself in our unique culture, and experience the city of Atlanta.
This is a 16 week, in-person position at Chick-fil-A’s Support Center in Atlanta, with an anticipated start date in late August and an end date in December.
Responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Team supports the Chick-fil-A Support Center by sourcing, recruiting, and selecting Chick-fil-A Inc. employees. The Field Selection team sits within the Talent Acquisition Team and sources, recruits, and selects In-Field and Field Talent Corporate employees both domestically and internationally.
The International Talent Acquisition Co-Op will have the opportunity to:
- Learn the various In-Field and Field Talent Domestic and International roles and effectively explain each of these roles on a variety of platforms
- Support all field related recruiting and team member sourcing activities and strategies
- Perform project management support and work
- Create and maintain field recruitment databases (candidate, university and diversity partnerships)
- Track and analyze pre- and post-event data from events
- Create quarterly and semi-annual reporting for the team and our stakeholders
- Assist with execution of recruiting events
- Manage recruitment collateral inventory
- Develop and maintain team process and procedural documentation
Minimum Qualifications
- Undergraduate student returning to school Spring 2023 majoring in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Analytical background with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated customer focus
- Excellent planning, organizational, and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Team-based project experience
- Skilled in creating and delivering presentations
