Getting Started with the Chick-fil-A Leadership Development Program
The Chick-fil-A Leadership Development Program (LDP) equips participants to grow their business acumen and restaurant leadership skills through supporting business needs in two primary leadership roles. The roles include ensuring restaurant excellence in existing Chick-fil-A-operated (or non-franchised) restaurants and consulting with new owner/operators as subject matter experts on Chick-fil-A brand requirements during grand openings for new restaurants.
Chick-fil-A: How it all began
t all started with a boneless breast of chicken. Hand-breaded, perfectly seasoned. Pressure-cooked. Served on a toasty, buttered bun with two pickles. Fifty years later, we make the Chick-fil-A® Chicken Sandwich the same way. We still believe in serving great-tasting food, made with the freshest ingredients and delivered with a warm smile.
