VIRTUAL TECHNOLOGY ASSISTANT - CHATS-Community & Home Assistance To Seniors
Full-time Position, 35 hours per week
Contract to start Immediately to March 31, 2021
You will support the Virtual Technology Project Manager in their work around change initiatives and projects with an emphasis on virtual technology systems. You will assist in developing a controlled technology platform for providing virtual programming for clients.
This technology platform will be built on existing COVID-19 response and the Expanding Social Engagement initiatives to reach out to more older adults living in the community. In this role you will support the Enabling Virtual Care project. This includes an environmental scan and required research as well as the support of the design and development of the environment. You will be involved in building and testing the solution as well as assisting in training the necessary team members.
We’d like you to become part of our team if you have a degree or diploma in a discipline relevant to the field of business analysis, business system solution/process improvement design and implementation, combined with 2 years practical experience. You are detail oriented and have demonstrated skills in collaboration, teamwork and problem solving. You have detailed understanding of information technology and data management systems and virtual programming.
You are a self-starter with excellent writing and training skills and computer proficiency. You must be willing to work after office hours on occasion.
